Also, many of the tools shared are backed by research for their effectiveness when making lasting habit change.

  • I barely have enough time to get things done now, how will I be able to complete this program?

    The course has been divided into digestible modules each with short assignments designed to provide immediate insights in support of your change. Single modules will be delivered every two weeks over the course of 12 weeks. If you have chosen the Group Coaching + Self-Study option you will need to allot an additional hour for group coaching calls every two weeks for a total of 6 hours over the course of 12 weeks. If you have chosen the Individual Coaching + Self-Study option you will need to allot an additional hour for individual coaching calls every two weeks for a total of 6 hours over the course of 12 weeks.

  • What does the Self-Study option include?
